Adjusted Body Weight =
0.4*(total - ideal) + ideal ->this is the standard adjusted calculation, although practice may vary.

Calculated Clearance (Cockroft Gault):
Male = (140 - age) (wt in kg) /72 (SCr)
Female = same x 0.85

AUC = (Calculated Clearance +25) * (value entered in field)

BSA = Dubois as follows:
0.20247 x (ht in meters) ^0.725 x (wt in kg) ^0.425
Again, this form of dubois used to mimic the handheld calculators.

Rituxan rate based on the following:    Rituxan dose in mg / (500ml bag + 25ml (presumed overfill) + rituxan additive volume)  -  this concentration is used to determine the rate.
